Cancellation policy
The cancellation rule belongs to the room offer you select.
A hotel may sell the same room under refundable, partially refundable and non-refundable conditions. Always open the cancellation terms and note the deadline, time zone and charge before payment.
How to cancel
Sign in to My Account, open the active confirmed order and select Cancel booking. Do not submit the request repeatedly.
When cancellation is complete
The dashboard first shows synchronization in progress. It changes to Booking cancelled only after the connected cancellation succeeds, and a RoomRates.ai email is then sent.
Charges and refunds
Any charge is calculated from the accepted room policy. Refund timing depends on the original payment method, bank or gateway. Property-payable amounts are handled under the hotel’s rules.
When online cancellation is unavailable
Contact support immediately with the order number. A request sent by message is not completed until RoomRates.ai confirms it.
No-show or shortened stay
No-show, early departure and unused-night rules may differ from ordinary cancellation and can carry separate charges.
