Practical checks before and after you reserve.
A hotel rate applies to the exact dates, passport country, rooms and guests searched. Changing any of these details may change availability, price or conditions.
Before choosing a room
Check the hotel location, room and bed description, maximum occupancy, meals, cancellation deadline, taxes, fees and payment method.
Guest information
Enter each lead guest exactly as shown on the travel document. Select the passport country manually and provide every child’s correct age.
After payment
A WooCommerce payment record is not by itself a hotel confirmation. The order page and confirmation email will show when the hotel reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation
Use Cancel booking only on an active confirmed order. Confirmation is sent after the connected cancellation succeeds; charges follow the conditions accepted at booking.
