Terms of use
These terms apply when you search, reserve or manage accommodation through RoomRates.ai.
RoomRates.ai is operated by Ambraoleia Hospitality Private Limited. By completing a reservation, you confirm that you have reviewed the selected hotel, stay dates, traveller details, room, meals, price, taxes, payment timing and cancellation conditions.
Availability and confirmation
Search results and room offers remain subject to live availability. A payment or WooCommerce order does not guarantee the hotel until the booking status is confirmed and a confirmation is issued.
Prices and charges
The checkout shows the selling price and applicable configured taxes. Charges disclosed as payable at the property are not collected online unless expressly included in checkout. Currency conversion may include the displayed commercial conversion and selling margins.
Traveller details
The customer must provide accurate names, passport country, ages and contact information. Costs or refusal caused by incorrect information remain the customer’s responsibility.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation conditions attached to the selected room govern deadlines and charges. Cancellation is complete only when the order status confirms successful cancellation.
Service interruptions
Availability can change and external services can fail or time out. If a paid reservation cannot be confirmed, the order is held for review and any applicable refund is processed according to the payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse search, booking, account or API functions; attempt duplicate bookings; interfere with security; or use another person’s account.
Governing terms
Property rules, the selected rate conditions and applicable Indian law form part of the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
